Just stumbled across an article saying Nordic minimalism is booming again, especially among younger folks... Honestly, I kinda get the appeal—clean lines, neutral colors—but dunno if it's too cold-looking for everyday living. Thoughts?

I understand your hesitation. Nordic minimalism can indeed feel a bit sterile or impersonal if taken too far. The key is balancing those clean aesthetics with warmer elements like natural textures—think wood accents, wool throws, or subtle greenery. Done right, it creates a calm and functional space without sacrificing comfort. But yeah... when it's overly stark, it risks feeling more like a showroom than a home.

I dunno, I've seen some pretty minimal spaces that still feel cozy without adding tons of textures. Sometimes it's just about lighting—warm bulbs or candles can totally change the vibe. Doesn't always have to be blankets and plants, ya know?
