Just finished reorganizing my tiny bathroom and finally got some decent storage space. First, I measured the wall space carefully (learned the hard way, lol). Then I picked up some shallow wall-mounted cabinets—nothing fancy, just basic ones from IKEA. Installed them myself, wasn't too tricky, just needed a drill and level. Added some adhesive hooks inside the doors for extra hanging space. Feels way less cluttered now, but I'm curious if anyone has smarter tricks or DIY ideas for squeezing more storage into a small bathroom?

Nice job on the cabinets—sounds like you nailed it. One thing I've done before is repurpose spice racks (also IKEA, haha) to hold toiletries or rolled-up towels. They're shallow, fit almost anywhere, and look pretty decent. Also, if you're feeling adventurous, I've seen people build slim storage shelves into the space between wall studs—just gotta be careful about plumbing and wiring behind the wall first. Learned that lesson myself...the fun way.

Those spice racks are a lifesaver—I did something similar in our tiny guest bath. Another trick I tried was mounting baskets vertically on the wall to hold extra TP and towels. Looks nice, and guests always comment on it. Thought about doing the between-studs shelving too, but after my last surprise encounter with hidden pipes...decided to play it safe this time around.

Haha, learned that lesson the hard way myself. Speaking of baskets, have you tried those ladder-style towel racks? They look classy and hardly take up any space...wonder how sturdy they actually are though.
