WHAT IF ALL SIGNS WERE DESIGNED FOR EVERYONE TO READ?
I get where you’re coming from—clarity’s huge, especially for safety stuff. I’ve swapped out a bunch of old labels in my place after my dad nearly walked into a glass door he didn’t realize was there. What’s worked for me is sticking to high-contrast colors and big, simple fonts, but adding a small icon or a bit of color around the edges for personality. Keeps things readable but not totally bland. It’s a fine line, honestly.
