My neighbor just approached me about granting him an easement for driveway access through part of my property. I'm not exactly opposed, but um...never dealt with something like this before. He handed me a draft agreement to look over, and honestly, it's full of legal jargon that's making my head spin a bit. Has anyone here had experience with this kinda thing? Any pitfalls or red flags I should watch out for?
