"Constraints aren't always the enemy..."

Totally agree with this. Sometimes the weirdest lots end up sparking the most creative ideas. I used to think bigger was always better, but lately I've been wondering—does having fewer options actually help us focus on quality over quantity? Maybe limitations push us to think differently, you know, outside the usual box. Glad your tricky lot turned into something special...makes me rethink my own preferences a bit.

I've seen this happen a lot. Had a client once who bought a narrow, oddly-shaped lot—initially seemed like a headache. But those constraints forced us to get creative with vertical space and natural lighting. Ended up being one of my favorite builds to date...go figure.

- Totally get this point—constraints can spark creativity, but honestly, they can also add major headaches.
- I'm currently building on a smaller lot myself, and while it's forced some cool design choices (like skylights and built-in storage), it's also meant compromising on stuff I really wanted, like a decent-sized yard.
- Guess it comes down to priorities and how much you're willing to adapt your vision...
