GREEN MORTGAGES VS. ENERGY-EFFICIENCY LOANS: WHICH MAKES MORE SENSE?
I’ve seen the same thing—if you’re doing a big overhaul, green mortgages can make the numbers work better, even with the paperwork headache. For smaller projects, though, I still lean toward energy loans. Less red tape, faster turnaround. Depends how much you’re biting off at once.
