I've been thinking about joining one of those local builder groups to network and maybe get some better deals on materials. From what I've gathered, first step is usually checking out their website or social media to see if they're active. Then you gotta attend a meeting or two, chat with members, and see if it's a good fit. After that, there's usually some paperwork and membership fees involved. Seems straightforward enough, but I'm wondering if anyone's found a simpler way or has tips to make the process smoother?
