Just been dipping my toes into the whole custom home thing, and wow, didn't realize how quickly things get complicated. We thought we had a pretty clear idea of what we wanted, but now there's like a million decisions popping up—floor plans, zoning restrictions, permits, budget juggling...you name it. Honestly starting to wonder if this is normal or if I'm just seriously unprepared. Anybody else feel totally swamped at this stage?
