CASTING VS INJECTION MOLDING—WHICH METHOD WORKS BETTER?
You nailed it about injection molding’s consistency. I’ve had similar headaches with cast parts, especially when you’re dealing with a bunch of trim pieces that need to line up just right—those tiny differences can add up fast. Still, for one-off or really unique elements, I sometimes lean toward casting just for the flexibility. It’s always a balancing act between budget, volume, and how much precision you actually need.
