Just moved into our new place a few months ago, and already noticing some minor issues popping up (like, seriously, how is the paint already peeling in the bathroom?). Anyway, we have this builder warranty thingy, but I'm wondering if it's even worth the trouble to chase them down for small stuff. Curious what you guys usually do—do you actually use your builder warranty for minor fixes, or just handle it yourself to avoid the headache?
Quick poll:
- Yep, always use the warranty
- Nah, fix it myself
- Depends on how annoying the builder is
