I'm in a bit of a pickle here. Got a new contract offer, and it's decent overall, but I'm torn between pushing harder on salary or trying to get more flexibility (like remote days, flexible hours, etc.). Money's obviously important, but lately I've been feeling like having more control over my schedule might be worth sacrificing a bit of extra cash. Curious what you guys prioritize when you're in this spot—more money or more freedom?

Totally get where you're coming from. When I bought my house, I chased the higher salary thinking it'd make life easier. But honestly, flexibility ended up being way more valuable—especially when unexpected homeowner stuff popped up (hello, burst pipe...). Having control over your schedule can be priceless.
