Finally upgraded my living room lights—anyone else tried smart bulbs?

Not all “dimmable” bulbs actually play nice with every switch, which is frustrating.

That neutral wire thing is such a headache. I’ve seen people try to retrofit old 1920s sconces and it’s always a gamble—sometimes you get lucky, sometimes you’re stuck with “creative” solutions. I totally agree on compatibility charts, though. Testing before committing saves so much hassle. The buzzing drives me up the wall too, especially in quiet spaces where it’s all you can hear... Sometimes I wish manufacturers would be a bit more upfront about what actually works together.
