Yeah, same here—colors seemed fun at first, but the novelty wore off pretty fast. For workspace lighting though, I'm totally with you on scheduling brightness...makes those early morning starts way less harsh on the eyes. Never thought I'd appreciate subtle dimming so much, honestly.

Totally agree about the dimming—didn't realize how much I'd love it till I had it. Have you tried syncing them with your TV or music yet? Wondering if that's actually useful or just another gimmick...

I was skeptical about the syncing feature too, but after trying it with movies, I found it surprisingly immersive. Music syncing felt a bit distracting though... maybe it's just personal preference or depends on the genre. Curious what others think about it.

I totally get what you're saying about music syncing feeling a bit off sometimes. When I first set mine up, I tried syncing it to some upbeat pop tracks and it felt like my living room was having an identity crisis—too much going on at once. But then I experimented a bit and found that slower, ambient music or instrumental tracks actually created a really relaxing vibe. If you're up for giving it another shot, try something mellow like lo-fi beats or even classical piano pieces. Adjusting the brightness and color intensity down a notch also helped me find that sweet spot between immersive and distracting. Either way, it's awesome you're exploring different setups and finding what works best for you.

Good tip on dialing down the brightness—I found the same thing. Honestly, I gave up on music syncing pretty quickly. Felt gimmicky to me, like a novelty that wore off fast. Instead, I set up routines based on time of day or activities (movie nights, dinner, etc.). Way more practical for daily use...but maybe I'll revisit syncing with some chill instrumental stuff sometime.
