Ever felt clueless about what you're legally entitled to?

I recently downloaded one of those legal advice apps - thought it might help clear up some confusion about a warranty issue I had with my laptop. It was actually pretty helpful, explained stuff in plain English instead of all that lawyer-y jargon. But um, I'm still not totally sure if it's accurate enough to rely on for bigger issues, you know? Has anyone else tried these apps or sites and found them trustworthy?
