I've been cleaning out my garage lately and found a bunch of older tools and hardware—stuff my dad used to swear by. Got me thinking, are there certain old-school tools or gadgets you guys still prefer over modern versions? Curious what everyone's still holding onto.

Definitely worth hanging onto some of those older tools. I've got an old hand drill from my grandpa—no batteries, no cords, just simple mechanics. It's slower, sure, but there's something satisfying about the control and precision it gives. Plus, fewer parts means less to break down. Modern stuff is convenient, but sometimes simplicity and reliability win out...sounds like you've found some keepers there.
