Been reading up on property stuff lately (yeah, exciting life, I know...) and stumbled across these two easements: necessity and prescription. From what I get, necessity is like when you have no choice but to cross someone's land to reach your own, while prescription is more like you've been doing it forever without anyone complaining. Um, practically speaking, which one do you think makes more sense or seems fairer? Curious what folks here think.
