I just read somewhere that if you put a plastic bottle filled with sand or pebbles in your toilet tank, you can save a ton of water every flush. Sounds kinda weird, but apparently it reduces the amount of water needed to refill the tank. I mean, who knew toilets wasted so much water, right? Curious if anyone else has tried this or knows other quirky little tricks like this...

Yeah, heard about this trick a few years backβmy cousin tried it at his place. Honestly, didn't notice much of a difference on his water bill. Wonder if it depends on your toilet model or something...?
