My router's in the living room, but the signal barely reaches my bedroom upstairs. Tried moving it around a bit, but no luck. Thinking about extenders or mesh systems, but um...not sure what's best. Anyone got experience with this stuff?

Have you thought about maybe trying a mesh system instead of just an extender? I had a similar issue—router downstairs, bedroom upstairs—and extenders were kinda hit-or-miss for me. Switched to a mesh setup, and it was like night and day. Pretty easy to set up too, even if you're not super tech-savvy. Might cost a bit more upfront, but honestly...worth every penny if you're tired of buffering videos or dropped Zoom calls.
