I was chatting with a friend yesterday about buying stuff online and in person, and we got into this whole debate about haggling versus just paying whatever price is listed. Personally, I kinda like the thrill of bargaining a bit, you know, feeling like I scored a deal. But my friend hates it—says it's awkward and stressful, and she'd rather just pay what's marked and move on. Curious what others think...are you team haggle or team fixed price?
I'm kinda mixed on this one... I mean, I get the appeal of haggling—once scored an awesome vintage lamp at a flea market after a bit of back-and-forth. But honestly, most of the time it just feels awkward and forced. I'd rather just know the price upfront and decide from there.
