WHICH IS BETTER FOR CONTROLLING EVERYTHING: VOICE ASSISTANTS OR DEDICATED TOUCH PANELS?

- Custom routines are awesome but take time to set up and tweak. Not everyone wants to fiddle with that.
- For the price, basic touch panels or even simple remotes can be more reliable long-term. Less troubleshooting, less explaining to guests how to use everything.
