Seems like every single month there's something new with this house. Last month, the sink started dripping nonstop, and now the furnace is making weird noises, kind of a rattling sound. I'm no handyman, but calling someone every time gets pricey fast. I'm thinking about learning some basic DIY stuff but honestly, I’m worried I'll mess things up even more, you know? Has anyone else tried this DIY route...is it worth the hassle or should I just keep paying the pros?
