I'm looking at buying a small plot of land just outside town, and the seller's asking price seems kinda steep to me. I've never really had to haggle over something like land before—usually it's cars or furniture, you know, stuff that's easier to point out flaws in. But land...um, it's dirt and grass, lol. How do you even start that conversation without sounding rude or clueless? Any tips or experiences would be super helpful.
