Been thinking about legal issues lately (nothing serious, just curious). Wondering how many of you guys prefer hiring a lawyer vs. handling legal stuff yourself with online resources or whatever. Quick poll:

Definitely agree with this...sometimes you just gotta trust your gut. I've DIY'd zoning permits and contracts for my build, but for tricky stuff—like easements or property lines—I wouldn't hesitate to get a pro involved. You're smart to weigh your options.
