Totally agree—asking about warranty follow-ups is where you really get a sense of how a builder operates once the dust settles. I’ve seen projects where everything looked great at handover, but the real test was six months later when issues popped up. If a builder’s only giving you folks who just moved in, that’s a bit of a red flag for me too.
