Lately I've been having this issue where my brain just won't shut up, especially at night. Like, I'll lay down exhausted, ready to finally sleep, and suddenly my mind decides it's the perfect time to replay every awkward conversation I've had in the past decade or worry about stuff I can't even control. It's like my brain is trolling me or something, lol.
I've tried the usual stuff—cutting caffeine, meditation apps, even those calming playlists—but nothing really sticks. Maybe it helps for a day or two, but then I'm right back to square one. Honestly, it's getting pretty frustrating because I'm tired all day and then wide awake at night. Feels like a cruel joke.
Wondering if this is just me or if other people deal with this too. Any tricks or tips that actually work long-term?
