Solar motion lights are awesome - had a possum scare last year and those things lit up the whole yard. I’d also vouch for using dense, thorny shrubs under windows. Not high-tech, but it makes sneaking around way less appealing. Plus, native plants can be pretty low-maintenance and eco-friendly. Window alarms are smart, but sometimes just making your place look like a hassle is half the battle.
