Building a greener city, one quirky apartment at a time

I’ve actually used sealed cork trays in a couple of my own builds, and they’ve held up surprisingly well - no warping or weird smells after a few years. Metal’s great for durability, but I’ve had to deal with rust spots even on “stainless” ones. Maintenance is key either way, but I do like how cork feels underfoot.
