How should I budget a built-in outdoor kitchen before the patio is poured?

I’m finalizing a patio plan and want to include a built-in outdoor kitchen without underestimating the allowance. The proposed kitchen footprint is about 12 feet long by 30 inches deep, with a built-in gas grill, two-burner side burner, under-counter refrigerator, sink, trash pullout, and roughly 8 feet of base cabinetry. I’m considering a stone or porcelain countertop over masonry or weather-rated cabinet boxes.

The patio will be in a cold, freeze-thaw climate, and the kitchen would be under a permanent roof rather than fully exposed. The gas and electrical service are on the same side of the house, but I haven’t confirmed whether the existing circuits have enough capacity. Water and drainage are not currently stubbed out near the patio, so those runs may require trenching and possibly a winterization plan.

For budgeting, would you price the utilities, cabinetry, countertop, appliances, and roof protection as one complete project, or install the infrastructure now and phase the visible kitchen components later? My concern is that postponing plumbing or electrical work until after the patio is finished could mean cutting into the slab or redoing work.
