Been thinking lately about finally getting out of the city and buying a bit of land somewhere quieter. Nothing huge, maybe a few acres or so. But honestly, I'm kinda clueless about what to look out for. Like, are there hidden issues I should watch for? Zoning nightmares, water rights drama, or sneaky property line disputes?
