RE: When “Smart” Devices Aren’t So Smart After All
Couldn’t agree more. I used to be all-in on one “premium” brand, thinking it’d be seamless, but when they dropped support for my blinds, I was left hanging. Now I’ve got a mix of devices and honestly, it feels like I’m f...

Smart Home Ecosystems Worth Checking Out That image of your dad waving his arms around is priceless. I’ve definitely seen similar scenes - my brother once tried to “clap on” my kitchen lights, which, for the record, is ...
RE: Appraisal came in lower than expected - now what?
That's frustrating for sure... I've seen similar situations where appraisers overlook key neighborhood improvements, and it feels like you're talking to a brick wall. But don't lose heart - sometimes a second appraisal o...
RE: Smart thermostats and chill vibes
Haha, I can totally see the struggle here. When I set up my thermostat presets, I initially tried being super creative with names like "Luxe Lounge" and "Evening Elegance," thinking it'd match the vibe of my home decor. ...
