Panels Vs Voice Assistants: Which Actually Gets Used?

I’ve had both in a few projects and honestly, panels win for anything important. I’ve watched buyers get frustrated when the voice assistant doesn’t understand them or just ignores a command. When you’re showing a property, you don’t want to be standing around saying “Turn on the lights” three times while everyone waits. Voice is fine for setting a timer or playing music, but for locks, lights, or HVAC, a panel is just faster and less embarrassing. Redundancy’s good, but if I had to pick, panels every time.
